Panda Express in Indiana

"Panda is pretty good. I wish they kept a vegan “meat” on the menu all the time, like tofu or the beyond orange chickn, but I’m not going to complain too much. There’s only 12 meat options and zero vegan/vegetarian options but ANYWAY… I love the chow mein and super greens. I ordered that in the drive thru one day and got chow mein and fried rice (with egg - I don’t eat egg), so I called them to see if I can get a refund, and they said they’ll replace it and to just bring my receipt. So I go inside the restaurant to order the next week and everyone was very nice and I got fresh cooked super greens. I love how open and clean everything is inside. The people are so nice and helpful. I went again today and it was so such a good experience! I think the store should offer a tip option when paying. I like to leave a tip for good service, which is what I got both times I walked in, but I don’t carry cash. I really appreciate the people there and I hope to keep going back, even though it’s just a bunch of oily carbs for me. It’s good."

"Since the Panda Express in Jeffersonville opened, I have been there many times. The food is always hot and fresh and it is plentiful. Normally I go through the drive-thru and the staff at the window is always friendly and cheerful. And, unlike many fast food restaurants, there has never been a mistake with my order. The manager and owner of this store should be very proud of their staff."
